Why we built Coverin
Every weekday at 7am, an agency coordinator somewhere in the UK is chasing teachers across group chats and a spreadsheet to fill a cover that starts in ninety minutes. The tools for this work haven't kept up with the work itself.
Coverin replaces the scramble with one screen. Post a job. The right teachers are notified in seconds, one taps accept, and attendance and confirmation all happen in the same place. No relay calls. No reconciliation chase. No days lost to admin that should have been spent growing the agency.
Schools can log in too. They request cover from the office, see who has been into their building, and rate the teachers who covered for them.

Security by default
Two-factor authentication is available on every staff account and enforceable agency-wide. Teacher rosters are isolated. Other agencies on Coverin can't see your teachers. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, row-level security runs on every query, and audit logs cover every staff action.
Built for the 7am scramble
Eligible teachers are notified within seconds of posting. One tap to accept. No phone relay, no emailed PDFs, no “let me get back to you.” Built so cover can be confirmed before the first bell.
Priced so it's always worth it
One simple plan with every feature included. Free for founding agencies while we test, with a locked founding rate when pricing is set. Teachers receive their full day rate, always, paid through your payroll. No setup fees, no per-school fees, no per-teacher fees, no surprise line items.

Agency-first, not generic
Every screen. Job posting, roster, payroll export, strike logic, school groups, GIAS integration. Is shaped to how UK supply agencies actually work. No workflow retrofitted from a call-centre tool.
Your roster stays yours
Other agencies on Coverin can't see, search, or contact your teachers through the platform. The recruiting work you did remains recognised as yours. Enforced in the UI and at the database level. Teachers you onboarded don't get poached from you.
