Billing questions
£599 a month for the full platform, billed monthly. There are no tiers, no setup fees, no per-school or per-teacher fees. Every new agency starts with a 30-day free trial that needs no card, so you can set up, post jobs, invite teachers, and run your agency on Coverin before you pay anything. Add a card before the trial ends to continue. Teachers always use Coverin free.
Everything. There is one plan and it includes the whole platform: matching and dispatch, messaging, analytics, CSV and payroll exports, the school portal, audit log, and the rest. No tiers, no locked features, no add-ons to buy later.
No. Not a penny. Teachers use Coverin completely free and are paid their full day rate by the agency through the agency's normal payroll. UK employment law (the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003) prohibits charging supply teachers a fee for finding work, and we wouldn't want to even if we could.
None of those. There is no setup fee, no per-school fee, no per-teacher fee, and no contract length. The subscription renews each billing period and you can cancel any time from the Stripe Billing Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
If Stripe is unable to take a payment, the agency's billing state moves to past-due and new job postings are paused until the card is updated. We surface this clearly in the dashboard so you can fix it before it gets in the way. Update your card from the Stripe Billing Portal (linked in the app) and access is restored as soon as payment goes through.
Try Coverin free. For 30 days.
