No. Coverin is completely free for supply teachers. Teachers can browse jobs, accept work, track their earnings, and manage their profile at no cost.

From your dashboard, click 'Post Job' and fill in the details. School, date, role, pay rate, and any eligibility requirements. You can also create jobs from saved templates for even faster posting.

Your jobs are only ever visible to teachers on your own agency's roster, never to other agencies' teachers or to the public. Each job carries the role it needs (teacher, HLTA, or teaching assistant) and an optional minimum rating. Teachers are notified in proximity rings, closest first, but every eligible teacher on your roster can see and accept the job. You stay in control by managing your roster directly: approve, block, or remove teachers, including per-school exclusions.

You can approve, block, or remove teachers from your roster. Track their qualifications, ratings, completed jobs, and strikes. Teachers are isolated to your agency. Other agencies can't see your roster.

Each agency can have up to 30 staff members. Built-in roles are owner, superadmin, and admin, and you can define your own custom roles with tailored permission levels.

Yes. You can add up to 1,000 schools, organise them into groups, and even import schools from the UK Government's GIAS database.

Once you join an agency, you'll see available jobs in your feed. You can filter by date, location, role, and pay rate. You'll also receive push notifications when new jobs match your profile.

Agencies will either send you an email invite or give you a join code. Enter the code in the app or click the link in your email to join.

The agency sets the day rate when it posts the job, so the pay is agreed before you accept. After you complete the job, the agency pays you your full day rate through its normal payroll. Coverin does not take a cut from teachers and does not process the payment itself.

Yes. You can join multiple agencies and browse jobs from all of them. Each agency manages their relationship with you independently.

We use industry-standard encryption and row-level security on our database, and your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Each agency can choose to require two-factor authentication for its staff. When enabled, every login requires a TOTP code, with trusted devices exempted via biometric verification.

Teacher isolation means that agencies cannot see each other's teacher rosters. When an agency recruits a teacher, that relationship is private. This protects agencies' recruitment investment.

Yes. You can request a full GDPR data export or account deletion from within the app. We'll provide all your data in a portable format or permanently delete it upon request.

Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure with PostgreSQL databases. All connections are encrypted and we follow UK data protection regulations.

Right now, nothing. Coverin is in private testing and founding agencies get every feature free, with no card required. It's one subscription with everything included, no tiers and no add-ons, no setup fees, no per-school or per-teacher fees, and no contract. We'll set the price after testing, give founding agencies a locked discounted rate, and show it before anyone is asked to pay. See our pricing page for details.

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, our payment processor. All transactions are PCI-compliant and secure.

Yes. There's no lock-in contract and no notice period. Cancel any time from the Stripe Billing Portal (linked from agency Settings → Manage Billing), or email support@coverin.app and we'll close the account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, so you keep access until then. You can come back any time and your data is preserved.

We'll set a price and let you know well in advance. Founding agencies get a locked, discounted rate for taking part, and nothing is charged until you've seen the price and agreed to it. There is no automatic charge during testing.
